Policy for Personal Data Processing
1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Vinogradovа Yulia Fedorovna (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator considers its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities to be compliance with human and citizen rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This Operator policy on personal data processing (hereinafter — Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website http://vintarget.ru.
2. Key Concepts Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computing equipment;
2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary cessation of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary for clarification of personal data);

2.5. De-personalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine the belonging of personal data to a particular User or any other personal data subject without the use of additional information;
2.6. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), de-personalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
2.7. Operator — a state body, municipal body, legal entity or natural person independently or jointly with other persons organizing and/or carrying out personal data processing, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website http://vintarget.ru;
2.9. User — any visitor to the website http://vintarget.ru;
2.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain group of persons;
2.11. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indeterminate group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited group of persons with personal data, including publication of personal data in mass media, placing them in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other manner;
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, foreign natural person or foreign legal entity;
2.13. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with the impossibility of subsequent recovery of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or destruction of physical carriers of personal data.
3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User

3.2. Telephone numbers;
3.3. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including «cookie» files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
3.4. The data listed above are hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. 5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website http://vintarget.ru. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized user data if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving of «cookie» files and use of JavaScript technology is enabled).
6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of current legislation on personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.2. Personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation.
6.3. In the event of detecting inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's email address vintarget@mail.ru marked «Update of Personal Data».
6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator's email address vintarget@mail.ru marked «Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing».
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Before carrying out cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data transfer is intended provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only in the case of written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

8.1. The User may obtain any explanations on questions of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at vintarget@mail.ru.
8.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
